  • Why did I have a study returned for “No Matching Study”?

    The Radiogists’ dictation software returns a “No matching study” error mainly because there was no order sent over or an Accession and/or MRN mismatch between the order and the DICOMS. Check these things first.

  • How do I add a new user into Mach 7?

    Contact Regional Imaging with the new user’s details

  • All the images aren’t coming over from our PACS into Mach 7

    Open study, go into the QC verification section of Mach 7, select “Delete Study” and then re-send from your PACS
